Ordering terms

These terms apply to orders placed on this website for pickup at one of our branches.

Orders and payment

• You pay by scanning our QR code and attaching a screenshot of your payment. Your order is confirmed once we have checked the payment reached us; we then email you your order number.
• If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance is paid at the branch when you collect your order.
• If we cannot find your payment, we will email you and the order will not be booked. Please keep your payment receipt until your order is confirmed.
• Prices shown on the menu are confirmed at checkout. You choose the branch to collect from, and when, at checkout.

Pickup

• Please collect your order at the branch, date and time you chose. Bring your order number.
• Messages and reference photos are followed as closely as possible; handmade decorations can vary slightly.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact the branch as early as possible. Refunds of online payments are handled case by case and returned to the original payment method.
